Blood Testing Services
A blood test can help gain valuable insight into your health and wellbeing, putting you in the driving seat in making decisions about your health. Blood tests are taken to diagnose or monitor a medical condition and while a GP referral is not required for this test, we may ask you to contact your GP if we think it is important that they be made aware of your results.
Church Pharmacy can offer a wide range of blood tests which are sent to our UKAS accredited Medical laboratory partners for analysis. Typical turn around time is next day however, some tests may require longer; you will be informed during your appointment.
The Process:
- Book a time slot on our website
- You will receive acknowledgement of your order along with information that you need to know about the testing procedure
- You come in for the blood collected by a trained Phlebotomist
- Courier collects between 11am-1pm or between 4-6pm for same day delivery to lab (if possible, please book appointments close to these collections times)
- Result is sent to you by email after the turnaround time advised
